Adnane Balboul is the Founder and Principal Consultant of IT CrossWorld. With over 20 years of international operational leadership across North America, Europe, and Africa, he has successfully led the growth of major technology centers, including Akkodis Morocco (75% growth in 18 months), Alten Morocco (scaling to 1,000 consultants with €20M in revenue), and CGI Casablanca (managing 500+ consultants with €16.5M in revenue).

Adnane possesses a rare combination of strategic vision and technical understanding, enabling him to speak the language of C-suite executives while mastering the practical aspects of AI implementation. This dual competency allows him to bridge the gap between boardroom ambitions and operational execution.

An MBA graduate from HEC Montréal and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2009, Adnane is also an active mentor to African startups, supporting the next generation of AI entrepreneurs in their growth journey.
